I’ve been lazy as of late… instead of using my fancy machine to make the perfect flat white, I have taken to putting a couple ounces of milk in the microwave (yeah, I know, but see the first word in the title) and then just making coffee (fancy machine makes it all).
While lazy and not perfect, because there’s so much stuff in it (lots of milk, seem sugar), the coffee taste is pretty much covered up. I do have 2-3 of these a morning, so getting me to just drink it is step 1 hahahaha! It’s also a bit more volume, 5oz of coffee as compared to 2oz of espresso (same amount of coffee, pretty much). Also about double the milk, if that matters.
